Meet all Sales & Service Targets/KPI’s set by the departments

  • Development of CSC and regional targets in line with the profitability model
  • Plan and manage indoor/outdoor activities for 4G Handsets
  • To ensure smooth/proper customer handling by frontline staff.
  • Maintain proper administration & discipline in all Customers Service Centre’s
  • Handle end to end Complaint Management, Quality Assurance, and customer experience management at All Walk-in Centers.
  • Build customer relationships. Management of quality service benchmarks (FCR, Quiz, QA).
  • Take accurate measures to improve quality service at the front end of every CSC/ Franchise WIC.

Customer Service Center’s Profitability

  • Help and supervise the management of daily CSC’s operations
  • Management & control of CSC operational expenditure
  • Cost-effective operations. CSC profitability and profit generation

Management of Regional CSC’s Operations and Financial Management

  • Regional Strategic Planning and to ensure effective and efficient customer management at CSCs
  • Utilize daily operational and financial reports to plan activities
  • SOP implementation and monitoring at CSCs.
  • Keep updated office stock, stationery, inventory & Cashflow
  • Ensure full technical & system support to Regional CSC’s
  • Management of expense claims and financial records.
  • Management of Financial assets (Cash/Inventory) & month-end closing

Customer Experience Management

  • Utilize FCR Report to improve quality services at the front end
  • Plan & visit along with CSC Manager to new clients in Nearby Areas for new Leads.
  • Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery
  • Take accurate measures against feedback from customers
  • Provide input to secure strategies for the Customer Services
  • Ensure complaints are handled within the given time frame with strong follow up. Focus on customer retention.

Employee Satisfaction Level

  • To constantly look for innovative ways of improving the customer services staff performance and motivation
  • Conduct periodic meetings with Regional CSC’s Managers to provide performance reviews with suggestions for improvement. Focus on employee retention and development.

Operations

  • Working closely with Regional Sales Team and S&D HQ for support to Business Partners for Company business objectives.
  • Processing & Maintaining Business Partners profiling with All necessary Documentation like Agreements, Change of Ownerships, Security cover Instruments, Affidavits, Warnings, Penalties, Terminations, Settlements, Tax Issues, and Formal Receiving’s.
  • Franchises IDs Creation, CRM Support, Whitelisting, VPN, Security Profiling, Stock Availability with Supply Chain, Issuances & Delivery support, and Quality Inspection of Sim & GSM Cards.

 

Project Management

  • Ability to liaison with 100+ Franchise/Distributors for their walk-in Sales, services, and ambiance
  • Improving standards of Franchises to CSC level by developing an ecosystem of Services & Sales
  • Ability to lead from the front to deliver high-quality results for given projects
  • Understanding of efficiency and efficacy for Projects and delivery with teamwork
  • Speed and quality of work should be forte for the incumbent
  • Co-ordination within and outside the department for a smooth and efficient workflow.

 

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills):

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 4 Years of Work experience in CSCs and Operations role
