1. M.BA/M.Com or B.Com/BS finance Hons or equivalent from a reputed foreign or HEC recognized institute/ university with the first year of experience of dealing of public sector financial administrative matters or BA BSc with minimum five years of relevant experience of working in the public sector in connection with financial /administrative matters and budgets payment as per PPRA rules.
2.(In case of M.Phil,2 years and for Ph.D. 4 years post qualification experience is relaxable)
